Allergy Disclaimer

Our products contain ingredients rooted in nature -- including herbs, essential oils, and botanical extracts. While these ingredients are selected with care and knowledge, they are potent plant allies and may not suit every skin type. We encourage all customers to read the ingredient list carefully and consult your physician if you have concerns. Always perform a patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

The Black Raven Metaphysical Apothecary is not liable for any adverse reaction to our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for how you are using our creations. Use at your own discretion.

Magickal Properties

Descriptions referring to energetic or metaphysical properties are based on magick of the Old Ways, traditional knowledge and folklore. Our offerings are created with reverence however, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or spiritual condition. They are meant to be used as tools for personal ritual and intention-setting and are not guaranteed to bring energetic outcomes.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We handcraft our products in small batches to ensure freshness and potency. During high-volume times (such as seasonal launches or Sabbats), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We are currently shipping only within Canada due to new shipping regulations and blocks. When this changes, we will be able to ship to select international locations.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout—we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.

In the event that our carrier providers damage or lose a box, a store credit or full refund of your order will be issued, pending investigation if package is lost, which can take 3-5 business days.

Packages are shipped as “Skincare” or “Spiritual Accessories”.

Returns & Refunds

Please note: our handcrafted skincare and metaphysical items are sensitive in nature, and once they leave our care, we cannot reintroduce them into stock for energetic and hygienic reasons – we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
