Our potions are created with the intention of honouring the Earth, skin, and Spirit which means they are crafted only with elements rooted in nature and they are always cruelty free.

Our potions contain therapeutic grade essential oils -- meaning they are high-quality, pure plant extracts that are chosen for their beneficial properties.  Due to their potency, our formulations contain low dosages in compliance with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) regulations.  This ensures they provide skin-nourishing, aromatic benefits safely and effectively, while supporting the overall efficacy of our creations, elevating the experience for both skin and senses.

To ensure the potency of our creations, we recommend you store them in a cool, dark place away from heat and light. Always ensure your hands are clean and dry before usage.

Awaken our powders with a teaspoon of water or your favourite hydrosol, and create a paste. Apply to wet skin avoiding the eye area. Discard any unused portions. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow with one of our Beautifying Oils to nourish the skin and lock in moisture.

Our creations typically last 6-8 months, though their magick can be extended when stored in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.

Yes. Begin with our cleansing balm, followed by our face polish and/or masque.  Continue layering skincare from lightest to heaviest –starting with water-based serums, then complete your beauty ritual by anointing your skin with our beautifying oils to seal in the magick to reveal luminous results.

 *Witches Tip: Our beautifying oils are so nourishing that once you’ve cleansed and polished skin, all that’s needed is to complete the ritual by anointing with Maiden, Mother, and/or Crone.

We recommend using our balms and oils daily or whenever your skin is in need of nourishment. Alchemy powders can be used 1-3 times per week depending on the needs of your skin.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.  During high-volume times (such as seasonal launches or Sabbats), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.  Once shipped, orders within Canada generally take 4-10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.  Delivery times may also vary due to factorslike the weekend, weather, holidays, or remote locations.

We are currently shipping only within Canada due to new tariff changes that will impact shipments and tariff charges to customers. When resolved, we will be able to ship to select international locations.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and metaphysical items, once they leave our care we cannot reintroduce them into stock for energetic and hygienic reasons – we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis, pending investigation.
